The Chicken Korma Buffet Study
Scientists from The University of Cambridge carried out a ‘Chicken Korma Buffet Study’ where people were asked to eat two versions of chicken kurma, both of which looked alike but differed in fat content. People with a mutation in the MC4R gene tended to eat more of the fat version of kurma (95% more than lean participants).
Bonus Tip: It is the same with fitness too, you can work out long and hard but if your body is not built to perform those exercises, then you will be causing more harm than good.
